gotta tell you all this, I'm into gaming on my computer and video editing videos for YouTube, and my PC was running slow, super sluggish and I found this program I bought on Etsy https://www.etsy.com/shop/FastPCTool Its called boost labs windows optimization suite, Theres 2 of them I got the bundle pack there's stuff in the 2.0 the 1.0 version doesn't have. I was skeptical but this thing made my computer run like it was new again. I couldn't believe it. Just thought I'd share. If you're into gaming or whatever and your computer is running slow. This works. My Cinebench score went from 11763 to 12599 multi core test Ryzen 5 7600X3D I'm getting Higher fps and higher quality settings in game. MSI Radeon RX 5700XT.

Need help with System errors after PC turned off randomly during sleep mode.

I had my Pc on sleep mode last night and some point it had turned off, now every time I turn it on I get DLL system errors prompts and I don’t know what program went wrong.

• The code execution cannot proceed because WS_Log.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I don’t know why WS_Long.DLL showed multiple time.

Winbook TW100 Windows 10 Upgrade Driver Woes

Hello, I am working with a discontinued Winbook TW100. I have recently performed a clean install of Windows 10, 32 bit and I am having problems that previously did not exist with Windows 8. After install the touchscreen does not work, The battery is not recognized, and the sound hardware is also not recognized. The only driver fault is with the I2C HID device. The device status states "currently waiting on another device or set of devices to start (code 51). Dependencies ACPI\80860F41\1, ACPI\INT33FC\3. I know this has been an issue with other members and I have attempted to follow instructions to fix said issue, but I am getting nowhere. Any help would be appreaciated. Thank you.

New PC Black Screen Driver issue

So I got the Powerspec G519 PC and was going through the process of setting it up. I installed the Nvidia App and went to install the Studio drivers as an express installation.

The screen went black for over 20 minutes and I noticed the gpu fans weren’t spinning The PC then restarted and the Nvidia app shows the update as installed, but on Device manager, the driver date or number don’t match up. Should I try to install the driver again as a custom install this time, or do something else?

I recently bought a PC from my local microcenter and have been having an issue primarily when booting windows will sometimes completely freeze, causing it to automatically restart itself. after doing that a few times it will put me into the windows recovery mode. attempting the automatic repair will fail every time I try no matter what, the error will be send to a SRT.txt document in my D drive. that drive does not in any way have windows on it. I'm not sure if this is the exact cause of the issue but I believe it may be. the only thing on the D drive is my game clips.

I cant find a user manual online and the software lets me set up the 12 button layout but i want to make another profile, the website says it can have 3 profiles but i dont see a way to make a new profile without overwriting the buttons i already set up…

I had A tech at Micro Center build a desktop a little while ago and had no need for flash drives but recently I noticed I cannot paste from the web into a flash drive directly. I looked through You tube and Google to see how you could paste from a article on the web direct me into the flash drive to no avail. My main problem is I'm a disabled vet and have a hard time getting from here to there. I was hoping somebody could help me figure out how to do this. Thank you

I keep getting this error code (0xc00005) whenever i want to start up one of my games. I tried many different methods from youtube to try and fix it. Nothing has worked. It’s weird because sometimes my games start up no problem but then other times i get this error code and it’s starting to get annoying. Is there something i need to replace or fix? Hello! I bought a PowerSpec B-789 several months ago, and from the first day of use, I get a error message about 'SilentUtility' . SilentUtility is an application in the System32 directory of Windows on the C drive. Every time I shut the computer down, The error message is the following: SilentUtility - Setting file is wrong. please reinstall program! , then there is a button with OK inside. This is the last thing that is on the screen, and then the computer is off.

What does it do, is it important, and how do I resolve this error message? I just like a tidy computer and this annoys me. Is ther anyone that could help? I would be very grateful if this could be explained and corrected. Thanks!

My son is doing his first PC build up, but the following message keep coming up on the screen:

Reboot and Select proper Boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

Bought (1) eset sku 275826, Cyber Security Pro along with a few other items recently while waiting to pick up a large unrelated order. At some point, perhaps while loading (7) 70" TV's, the receipt with the product key was lost and does not appear in an insider account. I have all the particulars; assoc. ID, payment method & card number, date, and approximate time and can describe each item on the receipt. How can I obtain the product key?

Installing windows on my new M.2 SSD

So, I recently got an evo 970 M.2, 2 terabyte and I went to go transfer windows 10 onto it and it kept doing this install loop no matter what I did to it. I even disconnected every other drive connected like I've been told to do. My stepfather who has been building Pc's for years has no clue what is even happening and has also tried countless options. The SSD itself isn't damaged at all we've done multiple scans on it, and nothing came up out of the ordinary, Any suggestions?

Now I wanted to find that license and make a ESET home account but the only license I can find is 9 digits and to make a home account I need a 20 digit one. Anyone know what to do?

As the title would suggest, I bought a software subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal for 12 months. The payment processed and is currently pending on my account. However, I have tried looking into my email and couldn't find the product code in neither my inbox, spam, deleted, or other emails. Right click on Chrome context menu has no Properties

I'm getting used to my new powerspec b748 + first time with win11. Here is one I can't figure out. When I right click on my Chrome shortcut, the context menu has no Properties. How do I get to Properties then? I've tried shift + f10. It has a bunch of crap that I don't care about but no properties. Interestingly if I right click the short cut on the task bar I don't even get the "More" option. I have to go into the Apps menu for that even to show up. For comparison, the Messages shortcut looks perfectly fine.

Am I crazy? I can't find anybody else on the web complaining about this, however I need to get to the properties.

I just purchased a powerspec pc from MIcro Center and purchased the ESET anti-virus. However, when I fire up my PC and try to go through the prompts the "Activation Helper v2.1 not responding" happens and my mouse wheel just spins then the window crashes and I have to close it. I feel as if I wasted money seeing as I cannot activate. Has anyone else had this problem? Could anyone point me in the right direction or should I call my local Micro Center and get a refund?

Weird taskbar bug after closing out of applications.

Hello, this is my first time posting on here and I'm not too sure if this is the right place for tech support, but here is my problem:

On the 14th after some hours of use I closed out of an app and noticed that the icon on the taskbar had duplicated, and on the left side of the taskbar where the search bar was another of the same Icon, and I hovered over it with my mouse and it went away. Then I opened the steam app to see if it does it, and it did. I tried replicating it using google chrome, and I dont think I saw it with chrome. However I tried file explorer and it popped up again and the same things happened yesterday. I recall seeing this issue about a year ago in november 2020 however I dont remember if the issue ever went away. And I replaced my GPU in august 2021, upgrading to a 3080 and also upgraded my ram. For atleast the past 5 months I'm sure I did not see this issue, however I really hope it is not my GPU. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Specs if needed: RTX 3080 TUF, 32GB ram, i7 9700k, z390 gigabyte pro wifi, samsung 970 1tb nvme ssd, 850W Psu and windows 10 home 64x.

Inland M.2 nvme SSD Saying not presented in MSI Bios

I recently upgraded my motherboard. Everything is working except my 2nd M.2 SSD is not showing up anywhere. Ive been using this SSD for a while now with no problems. My bios are up to date as well but still nothing. I've also made sure it was seated properly on my board.

ESET serial number activation issue

I was unable to activate my ESET software from the new PowerSpec PC I purchased. About a month ago I did follow the instructions on the community board and downloaded the free 30 day trial and that worked as a short term fix but my time will expire in days. Can someone contact me about getting the PC serial number on ESETs side?
