I'm waiting for a build approval that I submitted yesterday. If I buy something in store tomorrow, could I come back to Microcenter and use the coupon to get a partial refund, or the coupon has to be present when picking up and purchasing an item?

There is a purchase pending a pick-up for which this coupon is needed, expiring soon.
I think this is my 6th or 7th post here about this one coupon, and one post got a response "it takes 24-48 hours so wait", and it has been many days since already. Not really worth the time. Completely unsure if a store can coordinate with this or not, such as if I show up to the store and ask the local manager to provide this discount, they might not have the ability to do so, even though it's a corporate promotion.
Who actually does send the coupon, and why there are tens of posts stating delays, some for several weeks??

Today I made a purchase and the guy at the store told me I could buy my PC case today and then once I receive the coupon, I can take my receipt and the coupon code and get $25 off it.

We are very sorry for the delay. These hiccups can be caused by any number of things, from a glitch with our coupon system to being incorrectly labeled as spam and rejected by email providers.
We've marked your coupon for resending ASAP. While there is still a bit of a delay - these resendings need to be done manually - I will do what I can to ensure that your coupon is sent out today.
As a final note, I do recommend keeping an eye on your spam folder, as we have seen reports of coupons becoming lost that way.

timeline: build 12/24, approved 12/28, coupon 1/3 (account for weekends and holidays reasonably fast).
I received two $25 coupons, probably by mistake, today in my email, with different serial numbers.
As I submitted only one build, and the store applied a $25 discount after some convincing, I will not use either of the two coupons and let both simply expire.
How long does it take for a build to be approved? I submitted mine on 12/30 and it's still pending

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
