MIKE, How can i lower temp while lowering fan noise . I have AIO set to full blast in bios.

I also have 1000w instead of the 850w. undervolt maybe???? If so, how?

It's a 9800X3D, you probably go -30 all core and be perfectly stable. What temps are you seeing under load and at idle?
