Is it normal for my Ryzen 7 9800x3s in my powerspec g759 to go up to 92.5c while running Novabench?

I think that temp is too high and wondering whether the water cooler is working properly. I am running the novabench performance test and not the stress test. It does cool down pretty fast after the test ends. I thought good water cooling should only have the ryzen 7 9800x3d only go up as high as 70-80c with that test. I also changed all of the fan settings in bios to performance mode before the benchmark test.

Sure, there are a lot of factors there, but you're running a heavy stress test. The CPU is going to boost until it hits the thermal limit if the demand is there.

I wasn't running the stress test. I was running the performance test. They have 2 different tests.

You can check your frequency and CPU usage under the test. If it's 5.2GHz+ all core and 100% usage then I would expect high temps. The design of the processor is to run at max boost up to the 95c TJMax.
