How do i install Windows 10 Pro from a cd that came with my PowerSpec pc B336 that has Windows 7 Pro

Hello, I realize that I am a little late to the Windows game on this, but how do i install Windows 10 Pro from a cd that came with my PowerSpec pc B336 that has Windows 7 Pro preinstalled on it? There are no directions for installing Windows 10 Pro in the "Quickstart and Recovery Guide" that came with the B336 and there is no product key. Thank you! 😀
