Hello, @Mistik_bumdude04
That's quite a range in price. I'd recommend something toward the $1,500 price range. I find that it's a sweet spot for the best price to performance.
Here's a build I'd recommend at $1,500. https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=6f02f1d8-8e74-43a3-9839-8497730b10e2
I'm happy to offer more suggestions or answer questions if you might have them.
Hello @Makario009
Should a monitor, keyboard, and mouse be included in this budget?
I'd be happy to compile a list for you, but since you've mentioned coming from console, I'm not sure of what this list should entail.
Here's a recommendation with parts only, but let me know if you have questions or if you have any changes that need to be made.

Hi I am looking to build a new pc in this year. My specs that I am thinking of getting are as follows:
Ryzen 5 3600
2 X 8 gb of 3600 hz ram
MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX
Msi 3060 ventus 2x
Seagate Barracuda HD 2 TB
Premium inland 512 SSD
NZXT ATX mid tower case
Corsair CXM 650 W 80+ bronze semi modular
upHere 120 mm fans
I really just want to know if there are better options for around the same price range.
@Seagull just chiming in. Your build should work for under $1500. For that price range, the parts you selected are the best that can be purchased for $1500.
Good luck on the build.

Hey @ChasedSky2 just chiming in. Yes you'll be able to make a PC build to support Dayz and Fivem. See the requirements and build iinks below. I'd recommend later to go up to 24 gb of ram or 32gb, but 16 will suffice to start.
Dayz Requirments.

Hello @YodaTheSlayer and thanks for posting on the forum. The build you have looks good. Throw in the OS cost and that should give you a final cost.
Good luck on your PC build.
@YodaTheSlayer the 2060 is a good card, can do 144hz, etc., but if plan on using this build for gaming. If you can find one and absorb the cost; look at a RTX 3070 or 3080. Just a thought, but the 2060 is still a good card.
Hey can any admin say something about my pc?
Hello, @Itszero Apologies for the delayed response!
Unfortunately, the CPU you've listed is a mobile processor and would not be compatible with a desktop motherboard. Typically, mobile processors are soldered to the laptop's motherboard.
The rest of your parts are compatible and will work together.
I'd recommend a 500W PSU or above for this build. I'd also recommend semi-modular or fully modular, as they are easier to work with and offer less congestion from wires. We carry a wide selection of great PSU brands and models!
Hi! I'm looking to get a PC built. I play games like GTA, Red Dead Redemption and Overwatch. I also use Adobe programs like Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Some things I'm really looking to have is a good amount of storage, good graphics and a white case for aesthetics. I have a budget of about $2k to 2.5k. I don't need monitors, keyboard, mouse etc since I already have all of that. So I'm just looking for the PC only. What parts would you recommend? Thanks in advance!
Hello, what would be the intended use of your PC?
Hello, I'd look at something like this: https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=da35aa65-30b0-4a16-8679-6fc45a934dfa
Hello @Jpifer and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. Take a look at the links below for the parts that will work for your budget. The AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and the b450 would work. Go with the GTX 1660 or the RX 580 (I prefer the 1660).
Use the Microcenter PC builder to add the parts from the links to see your total if you were to purchase the parts from MC. MC may not have all your parts in stock, but take a look.

This website is an absolute nightmare to navigate so I really hope someone can help me.
I want to build a PC for gaming and streaming and only have about 1000$ USD to do so. I know absolutely nothing about computers or any of the lingo/numbers/etc. I don't have time to read a million parts profiles with numbers I don't understand cluttering up my screen.
Please help me because I really don't have that much time or money to get this done with and really need a good computer that will last me quite a while without expensive upgrades and maintenance.
@Stevied586 just chiming in. Take a look a the link below for parts and ideas for your build. I'd recommend to go with a AMD Ryzen chip such as the Ryzen 5 5600X. I can go with the x570 motherboard.
For graphics, look at the RTX 3060,3070 or 3080 GPU. Take a look at the link below for everything you need.

@Stevied586 go with the I5-10600K. The link has parts that goes with that processor.
At $1000 price range, I would look at the following: https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=b6e17881-71c3-4ae4-978d-f5925d3f8bac
