Can I buy an item over the phone?

I see the 3060 Ti cards are up now and, of course, only purchasable in-store. My question is can I buy one over the phone with my Micro Center Insider card and pick up later?

Reservations are not available for new items are not available due to high demand. You can place a reservation online for most items, but it is not available over the phone.
