Anyways, I am looking for parts for my gaming pc that stays within my 700 dollars budget. I want to be able to play Valorant, Leauge of Legends, Fortnite, and Roblox (maybe Call of Duty) fast, and non-lagging. I want to stream and maybe do some editing for youtube videos. I would also like to be able to upgrade my pc. Could someone send the pc parts list recommendation that fits my need. Thank you.

Forgive if my nomenclature is flawed, but I plan to use an NVME for the operating system and programs and then several SSD drives for video storage. Sound like a plan? Any suggestions? Raid? Specific motherboard?

Am interested in i7 9700K cpu and a cooler for it and thermal paste, a mother board for it, case with a couple fans at least and 32GB of ram. What would you suggest ? Would it be worth building a new system with the old video card power supply and hard drives? Also would a M.2 drive SSD be faster then regular SSD drive? Thanks Al

Hi I am trying to build a pc for gaming, mainly games like Minecraft, Battlefield, and other big games like that. I hope to build one under 1500 dollars but will save if it means I can play the games I want with good FPS. What parts should I get to play those games, I’ve heard the GeForce rtx 2080 super is a good gpu but I still want help with all the parts
LandShark said: Hi @ChickenSalad Welcome to the community! An i7 and RTX 3080 would pair well together. I've created a build that I'd recommend based on what you've mentioned. This does go a bit outside your budget. I tried to get things as close to your budget as possible while keeping the i7 and RTX 3080. https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=565fcb76-b1ec-480a-af4c-d5ff39cf3af4If you wanted to reduce the cost, you could go with an RTX 3070. That would put you closer to your budget of $1500. I hope this helps!

LandShark said: @Celt7551 It's hard to give a direct answer here as this is subject to change based on budget and release of new processors. What kind of budget did you have in mind for this?In the first section of our article, we do go over how to choose your CPU. Part 1: The Processor (CPU) I'll include a quote from the article below. With Ryzen 5000, AMD is boasting a 19% increase in IPC (instructions per clock), which means another massive increase in single-threaded performance. The performance gains are so significant that we've hit a point where on average AMD is beating Intel in gaming. I don't remember the last time I was able to say that phrase. AMD didn't just improve upon their previous generation, they've finally taken the performance crown away from Intel. I hope this information helps! I'd recommend reading the rest of the article for a more encompassing answer. Please let us know if we can help with any other questions or concerns!

Hello @OrenEllison
Here's a pre-built selection.
Here's a parts list that would be a few dollars over your budget but it would be the closest we could get while matching the requirements you mentioned.
I hope the helps, please let us know if you have any questions!

Hello @ThomasRaidingYt Nice to meet you too.
This item would be great for the school tabs, but Minecraft would be too much. To run Minecraft you'll want a dedicated GPU or an APU.
APUs are less powerful than dedicated GPUs, but with that additional performance comes some cost.
It does have one PCI-E x16 Slot, so it may be possible, however, I'm not familiar with this product enough to guarantee that it will be compatible.
