When bringing a system in for repair, you will receive an estimate for how long an initial diagnosis will take. Once we understand the scope of the issue, your technician will be able to give you a quote on the repair time.

Your Repair/Service Order Number should be located in your repair reservation email or on the top of your repair check-in form. Your service technician will also reach out to you occasionally with updates on the repair, or if they need any additional information to proceed.
