ONLINE SHIPPING ORDERS
For online shipping orders, you will receive an initial confirmation email for your order after it is placed.
Once the order is processed and shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to see the final estimated time of delivery. If you have yet to receive an email with tracking information, it is likely your order is still processing and getting ready to be shipped out.
18 MINUTE IN-STORE PICKUP
For in-store reservations, you should receive a confirmation email once the item is ready to be picked up. If you have yet to receive an email confirming that your reservation is ready to be picked up, we are still processing and working on getting that reservation ready. Please wait for the email that confirms your reservation is ready before coming to the store.
