How do I cancel my online order? - Micro Center
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p>Looking to cancel your Micro Center Online Order? We can set up a cancellation and try to pull your order before it ships.</p><h5></h5><p><br></p><h2 data-id="how-do-i-cancel-my-order-that-has-already-shipped">How do I cancel my order that has already shipped?</h2><p>If your order ships out before cancellation, or if we are unable to pull it from shipping out in time, we can still set up an <strong>RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)</strong> for you to ship your product back to us for a refund once it arrives.</p><p>We can easily take care of that by <a href="https://www.microcenter.com/site/customer-support/help-center.aspx" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc"><strong>contacting us through live chat</strong></a><strong>. </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Products purchased online are subject to our normal <a href="https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/24-can-i-return-a-product-that-is-defective" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc"><strong>Return Policy.</strong></a> Your return period begins from the date your package is delivered.</p><ul><li>Merchandise must be undamaged, with original carton/UPC and all packaging, accessories and materials (for products damaged during shipping, see below).</li><li>Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.</li></ul><p>Once your RMA has been opened, you will receive a follow-up email with an RMA number, instructions for shipping the product and the return address to send the package.
