The Windows button on the virtual keyboard also doesn't work! Can't get into computer. Funny thing, when first bringing it up, the physical keyboard worked to accept my password for updates, etc. but when it restarted, no functional keyboard. except, when I've tried to sign in several times, the safety catch asks for A1B2C3 and the physical keyboard will work for only that purpose.
