Well, as I said, I went to give Best Buy a try. Finding the unit I actually wanted, ordering it, and getting it processed through them was MUCH easier than your excuse ridden attempt to ignore anyone who needs help. Sorry to see you've become such a complete failure! Well, I'm glad you saved all that mney on persoonnel to handle Customer Service, because now, you've got on less customer to service!
