We do offer diagnostic services for laptop and desktop computers at all of our Micro Center store locations! The services start at $49.99 and once the service technicians have completed the diagnostics, we will let you know the issues that were found with the computer. Computer laptop/desktop warranty & repair services
We offer diagnostics on computer brands that we are an Authorized Service Provider for if your unit is still within the manufacturer's warranty period.

For these services at Micro Center, we would need your full computer and power cable/charger to be brought into one of our store locations for services. We offer walk-in services to each store location so an appointment is not required. However, if you’d still like to let us know when you plan to arrive, you can schedule a service appointment here:
Our stores are not able to do in-house repairs on Toshiba, Samsung, Microsoft Surfaces, CyberPower and Cybertron PC’s. If these are still covered under their manufacturer warranties we can ship these out to the manufacturer or an authorized service provider for you.
What if I have a Micro Center Protection Plan on my computer? Not to worry! The diagnostic fee you’d normally pay for is covered in your computer’s protection plan. Just bring your covered merchandise into Micro Center for an assessment of the situation. No appointment necessary!

TVs
The only TV repairs we offer would be with a valid Micro Center TV protection plan, which more information about those plans can be found at:
If you are looking to make a claim on a TV with warranty purchased from Micro Center, feel free to reach out to us via our chat system found at the bottom right corner of during regular business hours.
If your TV was not purchased from Micro Center or does not have a Micro Center protection plan, we would recommend checking with the TV manufacturer for possible servicing options.

Protection plan claims for Micro Center plans are handled directly at your local store location. No appointment needed! Just bring your covered merchandise into Micro Center for an assessment of the situation so we can best assist you further in regards to getting the item serviced or replaced for you under your valid plan.
