In-Home Services for TVs 37" and Larger: When replacement parts are available we will send a technician to your home for repair (applies to all plans listed below).
- 2 year or 4 year protection plan: functions as a 1 year or 3 year extension of the manufacturer’s warranty (respectively). During the manufacturer’s warranty, customer would contact the manufacturer for warranty support (for refurbished TVs, customer would bring to Micro Center). After the manufacturer’s warranty expires, customer would contact Micro Center for warranty support. Only covers hardware failure of internal components, including the panel.
- 3 year plan with screen protection: functions as a 2 year extension of the manufacturer’s warranty. During the manufacturer’s warranty, customer would contact the manufacturer for warranty support (for refurbished TVs, customer would bring to Micro Center). After the manufacturer’s warranty expires, customer would contact Micro Center for warranty support. Covers hardware failure of internal components, including the panel. Also covers cracked TV screen due to accidental damage (screen protection starts from date of purchase). Accidental damage to TV other than the screen itself is not covered. Customer would contact Micro Center for warranty support in the case of a cracked screen or can bring the TV to the store.
