We will refund the difference in price back to you if we have lowered the price of a product within 30 days of your Micro Center purchase!
Please note, this price protection policy does not apply to special sales from other retailers such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Also, price protection does not apply to matching the price of a new item to the price of an open box/clearance listing.
What is the process for price protection for an in-store purchase?
The process for price protection will vary based on the payment method used at your local Micro Center store:
Credit card/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover): We would be able to assist you with price protection assistance directly at your local Micro Center store. Important note: For security purposes, we must have the same card used to make the original payment on hand in-store to process the transaction. Simply return to your local Micro Center store with the purchase information and bring the same card used to make the payment.
American Express credit card: If your purchase is with an American Express credit card and no other methods of payment were used, we are able to assist you remotely.
