Seasonal Winter Hours
Starting November 30th through January 2nd, our store hours will be adjusted for the holiday season. Monday through Saturday, our stores will be open from 9 am to 9 pm, and on Sunday, our stores will be open from 10 am to 7 pm.
Should there be any temporary changes for any reason, such as inclement weather, updated store hours and status will be displayed at the top of www.microcenter.com

Holiday Extended Return Policy
- For all* purchases made between 11/1/25 and 12/25/25, the return policy will be extended until 01/15/26. Micro Center protection plans can be added post-purchase during this window; please see your local store for details on adding a protection plan to your purchase.
- Exception: Microsoft has imposed a strict 15-day return policy on all Microsoft Surface tablets and laptops. This also applies to unopened units.

- Earbuds*
- Trading Card Games
- Damaged Drones
- Registered software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Windows Server clients

- Point of Sale Activation Cards that have a dollar value
- Micro Center Gift Cards (except as required by law)

Gift Receipts
Yes, we can print a gift receipt for you in-store at the time of purchase. Just let your cashier know you would need a gift receipt for your purchase before finalizing the transaction with us in-store!
Micro Center Gift Card Purchases
Micro Center Gift Cards can only be purchased at our store locations directly and may only be used for in-store purchases. You can buy these gift cards directly at the checkout area of our stores.
How can I reserve items for store pickup?

Pickup orders are held for 3 days at the store. You can confirm the date it is held once you receive your confirmation email from the store.
Can I pay ahead for an In-Store Pickup reservation?
We do not accept payment ahead of time for a store purchase or reservation. Payment would need to be completed at the time of purchase directly in-store.
Can someone else pick up my In-Store Pickup reservation?
Absolutely. They will need to provide the name of the order that was placed or the reservation number at our 18-minute pickup counter however they will need to provide their own form of payment. Just keep in mind that your reservation is not paid for in advance.
