At Micro Center, we do provide customers with the option to reserve items that are sold in-store for an Instant Pickup® using our website. Pickups are held for 3 business days directly at the store it was reserved at once you receive your pickup confirmation email. You can click here to navigate to our website.
Please note, that when placing an order, the full payment for the order will have to be made in-store at the time of pickup. Alternative methods of paying for a store pickup are not available. Shipment for store pickup orders is also not available. You may use any valid payment method to pay for the order in the store. Also, you do not need to create a Micro Center Insider Account to reserve an item, you can select Continue as Guest.
There still may be some in-store only items that can not be reserved online, these would be separately listed on our website as LOCATE instead of an ADD TO CART button on our website search results page. If you see an item listed as "Locate" or 'Locate in Store", please visit the store directly to complete your purchase of this item.
If you are already on the product page of the item that you are trying to reserve, you will see a message showing it is not available for pickup:
If you see an item listed as "Not available" but you do see a listing of "IN STOCK", please visit the store directly to complete your purchase of this item.
Here is how to place a reservation with us through our website:
1. Confirm your nearest Micro Center store is selected at the top of the page.
2. Visit the product page to confirm stock and then click on ADD TO CART.
3. Click on VIEW CART.
4. Confirm the item is set for pickup at the bottom left of the window, then confirm the store location in top right corner is the store you will be picking up the item at, and then click on CHECKOUT.
5. If you have an Insider Account (website account) you may SIGN IN at this time, if not you can Create an account for our website at the bottom of the Sign In form, or if you do not want to make an account, you may then click on CHECKOUT AS GUEST.
6. Fill out your contact information here, please ensure a valid email address, and mobile phone number (landline and many VoIP-only numbers will not work), once completed, click on CONTINUE.
7. If you are signed in to a Micro Center Insider Account, you will be taken directly to checkout, confirm your information on the left, and click on PLACE YOUR ORDER.

All you have to do now is wait for the confirmation email letting you know the order is ready for pickup. We do recommend waiting for this email before heading to the store. Here is an example of that confirmation email.
Important note: Store pickup orders are only worked on by our stores during store business hours. If you place a reservation outside store hours, it will be worked on during the next business day.

Items will be held in-store through the confirmation date listed here. If not picked up in this timeframe, the order will automatically be cancelled after the reservation date listed.
