Our goal is to locate the item within 18 minutes and communicate via email. If your reservation does go past that 18 minutes, our system will notify managers so that they can address any issues when it comes to your reservation. When your reservation is ready, you will receive a Reservation Ready email notifying you. If for some reason the product cannot be reserved, you will receive a cancellation email.
Important note: Store pickup orders are only worked on by our stores during store business hours. If you place a reservation outside store hours, it will be worked on during the next business day.
