Our goal is to locate the item within 18 minutes and communicate via email. When your reservation is ready, you will receive a Reservation Ready email notifying you. If for some reason the product cannot be reserved, you will receive a cancellation email.
Important note: Store pickup orders are only worked on by our stores during store business hours. If you place a reservation outside store hours, it will be worked on during the next business day.
