When you place a reservation online it is routed to your selected store to be prepared for you.
Our goal is to locate the item within 18 minutes and have it waiting at our pickup counter for you. When your reservation is ready, you will receive a Reservation Ready email notifying you. If for some reason the product cannot be reserved, you will receive a cancellation email.
Once you receive the Reservation Ready email, you are welcome to come in store and get your item within 3 days.
