When you place a reservation online it is routed to your selected store to be prepared for you.
Our goal is to locate the item within 18 minutes (during store hours) for a Quick Pickup® and have it waiting at our pickup counter for you. When your reservation is ready, you will receive a Your Reservation is Ready email notifying you. If for some reason the product cannot be reserved, you will receive a cancellation email.
In-store pickup orders submitted after 8 pm Mon – Sat or after 5 pm on Sunday will be processed the next day.*
*Certain Custom PC builds may take longer to process and assemble depending on configuration.
Due to the high volume of orders, our 18-minute in-store pickup service may not be guaranteed from November 27th through December 2nd.
Once you receive the Your Reservation is Ready email, you are welcome to come in-store and get your item within 3 days.
