• Issues with Windows 10 installation

  I am trying to install Windows 10 to my pc and the setup continues to be stuck at the "Getting Updates" window at 46%. I disabled my antivirus software to see if that was causing the issue. Are there any other tips that someone can recommend?

• Reloading windows

  I have a powerspec computer about 6 years old with windows 10 pro. I want to reset back to original to erase what is on it. How can I do this. I don;t have the Windows disk or the product id to reactivate windows. It is currently activated.

• Repair Question windows sign in

  Recently had computer reimaged. Now it will not boot to the windows desktop and asks for a key or password. I don't have such a key and it seems that mi Microsoft account password is not what it wands. Are there any solutions?
