ReadyView - How to Collect System Logs - Micro Center

At this time, only the device reset and log gathering are supported through this interface.</p><h3 data-id="to-gathercollect-the-device-logs-please-follow-the-steps-below%3A">To gather/collect the device logs, please follow the steps below:</h3><ul><li>To <strong>access the web interface</strong>, the <strong>device's IP address will need to identified</strong>. The device does not have a NetBIOS name. The <strong>router table</strong> should list the attached devices and show the <strong>IP address</strong>. The device <strong>MAC address</strong> should also be shown which will help verify the device.</li><li><strong>Enter</strong> <a href="https://{NVR" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">https://{NVR</a> IP Address} into the <strong>browser's URL field</strong></li><li><strong>Authenticate</strong> with the <strong>admin</strong> username and password</li><li>Click <strong>Setup</strong> in the <em>top bar</em></li><li>Click <strong>Maintenance</strong> in the <em>left pane</em></li><li>Click <strong>Log Query</strong> in the <em>drop-down</em></li><li>Select the <strong>Start Time</strong></li><li>Select the <strong>End Time</strong></li><li>Use the default Main type: <strong>All Types</strong></li><li>Click the <strong>Query</strong> button</li><li>Click the <strong>Export</strong> button</li><li><strong>Save</strong> the file</li></ul><p><br></p> </article> </main>
