There is no physical reset button on the device. The password can be changed back to default by following the steps below.
From the mobile app., tap the three bars in the upper-left hand corner of the app
Tap CONFIG MANAGER
Tap PASSWORD MANAGER
Tap CHANGE PASSWORD
Tap in the password field
After entering new password in both fields, tap UPDATE
The password has been changed
