I have a PowerSpec desktop and want to mount a 2.5 inch SATA3 SSD inside it, but I don't see any obvious way of doing this. I assume I need some kind of enclosure, but I don't know which one.
Hello I bought a PowerSpec G712. I plugged everything in. Plugged the Hdmi from the back of the monitor to the back of the pc gpu. Monitor says No Signal. Why is this? I can't see anything. The computer is on because the fans are running, but no monitor.
Unfortunately I was unable to find a manual on the spec page (sorry can't post links because I am too new to this site). The expansion bays for hard drives seem to be located somewhere near the bottom of the case but I don't know how to open their compartment. Maybe you can recognize the case and tell me the name so that I…
A year ago, actually on Sunday, tomorrow, I purchased an Asus laptop at your Westbury, NY store. One of thousands of dollars worth of purchases I've made from Micro Center since it opened here 24 years ago. And, generally up until today, your staff has been helpful, solving the occasional hiccups in a accommodating manner,…
My pre-built PowerSpec G439 came with a fan in the back, two in the front, two in the top of the case, an RGB LED on the graphics card, and a Cooler Master cooler with an LED logo on the CPU. This is the troubleshooting I've done so far: I was using 2 monitors, one on DisplayPort and one on HDMI both from GPU. Rebooted into safe mode and used DDU to remove all…
I recently picked up a discounted G167 from Microcenter to use as a platform for some minor upgrades etc. Out of the box, great PC with Windows 10. I decided to take the Windows 11 plunge and rolled the dice to see if the TPM microcode issue that plagued older firmware ( 1.3 installed) was an issue and it seems it may be.…
So I've been on these forums before with kind of a similar problem but I just had a fairly simple question, I've had this Pc (PowerSpec G707) for quite a while now (2 years this next June) and the Cooler Master fans are just too whiney and loud to the point where I can hear them through my noise dampening headphones. I was…
