This guide will show you how to add a home button to Google Chrome. This home button can be added to the menu bar at the top of Chrome next to the address bar and will allow you to return to your new tab/Home page.
1. With Google Chrome open, click the three dots for customize and control Google Chrome, found at the top right of the Chrome window. Click on Settings on the drop-down menu.
2. On the left side of the Settings window, click on Appearance.
3. Under “Appearance” on the right, click the slider next to Show home button to Enable the setting.
4. A home button will now appear next to the address bar in Chrome.
