This helpful list of function key combinations will help you use your computer quicker on your PowerSpec 1510 or 1710 laptop.
To use these combinations, hold down the FN key first, and then press the 2nd key of the combination.
Here are the Fn key combos you can use:
- Fn + Forward Slash on the number pad opens the software control for keyboard
- Fn + Asterisk on the number pad turns on the backlight for the keyboard
- Fn + Minus on the number pad decreases the brightness for the backlight on the keyboard
- Fn + Plus on the number pad increases the brightness for the backlight on the keyboard
- Fn + F1 toggles the touchpad on / off
- Fn + F2 toggles the display on / off
- Fn + F3 toggles sound on / off
- Fn + F4 no function assigned
- Fn + F5 decreases volume
- Fn + F6 increases volume
- Fn + F7 opens display settings for Windows 10
- Fn + F8 decreases brightness for the display
- Fn + F9 increases brightness for the display
- Fn + F10 toggles the web camera on / off
- Fn + F11 toggles on airplane mode on / off
- Fn + F12 puts the computer to sleep
