All plans listed below include the following services that can be performed in-store at Micro Center by our Service Department:
- 1 free Operating System Reimage when customer provides restore disc
- 1 free Virus Removal (eligible with an active up-to-date version of Eset installed on the computer)
· Carry-in Extension protection plan (repair plan): starts after the manufacturer's warranty expires and only covers the internal components of the covered product. Customer is responsible for getting the covered product to the store for repair.
· Date of Purchase protection plan (repair plan): starts at the date of purchase of the product and only covers the internal components of the covered product. It also covers shipping to our store for service if needed.
· Accidental Damage (ADH) protection plan (repair plan): starts at the date of purchase of the product and covers the internal components of the covered product while also adding accidental damage coverage for drops, spills, etc. It also covers shipping to our store for service if needed. · International Coverage: a supplemental plan that the customer can purchase as an add-on to a repair plan. It costs an additional $59.99 and allows for reimbursement of repairs done outside of the United States.
