Hello, I was wondering if support could help me get a copy of my receipt for the purchase I made on 12/24/2021. I followed the directions at https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/4-how-do-i-get-a-copy-of-my-receipt several times over the past few days but I never got any emails. I also tried changing the email on my account also also tried requesting a receipt for a different purchase but those don't seem to work either.
My original receipt was printed in-store and I didn't ask for an emailed copy - I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

i have the same problem...need a copy of a receipt. Can an admin possibly help with this?
