A new Atari game image for our Atari Games SD card and Atari Raspberry Pi Kit went live this week, so those of you who have already built a system with our card can now install the new image. This particular image adds about 30 new games, including several from the Atari 5200 library. As future updates become available…
For several years, USB versions of vintage game controllers have been available. Most of these controller replicate the control layout of the original controllers as closely as possible. While this works well in some applications, many modern emulators rely on additional buttons to access menus and exit games. The Atari…
Vinyl Artwork Application Manual Take your sheet of vinyl and roughly cut out each shape of artwork that corresponds to the cabinet. On a PC, some programs do not recognize DirectInput controllers like the Trooper II. For programs that require XInput controllers, XOutput can be used to emulate an XInput controller using a DirectInput controller. This works well on Steam. To get started, download XOutput from GitHub. After downloading and unzipping the…
Recently I've been taking a look at one of our new products, the Atari USB Spinner. The Atari USB Spinner can replace one of the arcade buttons, or it can be mounted in a 1 1/8” hole drilled in the control panel. It's connected to your Rapberry Pi or other computer via USB and acts as a mouse. This article focuses on…
Today we launched the newest additions to our retro gaming lineup: the Ultimate Atari Fight Stick and Ultimate Atari Fight Stick with Trackball. We’ve been offering a USB 2 player Atari Fight Stick and 2 player Atari Fight Stick with Track ball for a while now, but the USB versions only provide the controller. They need to…
Hello, I just came home with the Atari Fight Stick and I am not getting any video output from the pi3b. Within the fight stick, the PI simply lights up with a red LED but there's no output through HDMI. I used another sd card with a known good image for the 3b and it confirms that the pi is functioning properly with video…
Is there any updates on when this will be available? I love my Atari Ultimate Fight Stick but I would like to upgrade it. thanks in advance Pete
Hi all, after going through multiple struggles of configuring my Atari dual fight stick with trackball, with added spinners I finally was able to get it all working and figured I would do a write-up for others trying to do a similar setup. Here is my setup: I have the Raspberry Pi 3B+ with a MicroSD card image of the MC…
Hello, Hoping you could help a dad who's trying to add more games to the fightstick. Bought the version with Raspberry Pi already installed. I'm not the most tech savy person, so hoping to get help from someone who's already succeeded in doing this. Hoping not to have to wipe the existing RetroPie image away, but willing…
RPi4 running ES and Pegasus frontend. Using Atari dual Controller. This affects Mame games but not FBA, Neo Geo, or CPS games. When I launch a mame game, I can use the controller in menu, in RetroArch menu, but not on the menu in the photo because the xyab buttons do not work. I have tried to remap in RetroArch and confirm…
I just picked one up and my card is bad. Other images work on the pi3 it came with
Greetings, I booted the Atari Ultimate Arcade and while I was pressing various buttons on the stick, some dialog box came up and then went away. From that point on, I get nothing when I start the fight stick. I am wondering if it is a defective SD card in the RPI or I accidently clicked an option that is preventing it from…
Greetings, Somehow my Atari image became corrupt and I can no longer access it or the original image to restore it. Is there any chance for someone to resend me the download link so I can reimage my SD card? Thanks in advance! Brian
On 2/25/21 we identified a major issue with this image and have rolled back to the previous version. We are working to resolve this issue and will update this post when the new image is live again. We just published a new version of the Retropie image for Raspberry Pi 3 model B+ distributed on our Atari SD Card. You can…
Hi. I wanted to ask if anyone can confirm if I can add additional Atari 2600/5200/7800 games to this card or am I stuck with the games that come pre-installed? Also, is it possible to copy the built in Atari theme and use it on a different MicroSD card with a fresh Retropie installation so that I could add additional…
Hello, I was curious if there's plan to get more of these in stock. I've not seen them online or at my local store in over a month of looking now. Thank you! microcenter.com/product/623128/atari-dual-fight-stick-with-trackball-usb&storeid=041
I have set up an Atari sd on a Raspberry Pi 3. It boots correctly, I can use joystick to scroll through systems and games. One button hit twice will select and load game. But no button selection will start a game. Any thoughts? Peter
Hello. Whenever I play games in full screen mode, the window will automatically minimize every 15 seconds or so. I have run malware scans, turned off gaming mode and updated drivers. Nothing seems to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I recently bought a 3/4 arcade cabinet (just the cabinet, not the full kit) and upon unboxing discovered there is a chip in the edge of one of the button holes. I'd thought maybe the button would cover this up but it doesn't. I have no immediate plans to cover the surface with a decal, and even if I did the chip would show…
I noticed the Full Size Arcade Cabinet 32" - Unassembled/SKU 891465 has been out of stock for awhile (at least at my local St. Louis Park location) and now it does not list a price/does not show up when searching for it anymore. Are they discontinued or awaiting a revision or ?? Have built a few and need another one for a…
Hello Everyone, I put the Atari SD card in my Raspberry Pi3B+ and nothing happens, my Raspberry Pi won't even boot. How do I fix the Atari card? Thanks, BigFish
So ....I was doing some cleaning and organizing and came across a Nintendo DS i I've never actually used this thing, but I plugged it in my ACC charged it and it actually works. Aside from the few crappy games that my fiance still has for it.... What else can I do with it? Nothing is available to download for it on their…
I recently received an Atari Ultimate Arcade Fighstick as a gift. When I went to boot it up, I got nothing except the rainbow screen. I create a backup image, then installed RetroPie on the SD card, and the cabinet booted up just fine (of course, I didn't have any games and I'm not sure what controller files I should have…
For those of us that would like to create our own vinyl graphic wraps it would be extremely helpful if templates for the various arcade cabinet options were made available. Any chance of making that happen? Full-size, 3/4, bar top, and fight-stick stand. 😎
Hi. I just picked up my cabinet yesterday in Tustin after driving down from Sacramento. I just had a question with the assembly. Has anyone run into issues with the 4 top and bottom joining brackets not lining up to the pre-drilled screw holes? It seems that mine are off only two screws for each bracket line up the right…

it hasn't been used much since i bought it, but I pulled it out of the closet and the sticker is totally bubbling up on the top. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions to fix it?
I love this thing. I have a 8 gig RPI4 coming and want to add a few extra buttons. 2 Pinball buttons. LT and RT, and cant find a wiring diagram to trace colors. Anyone have one ?
I have the Atari 2 player USB fightstick with trackball, using it with OpenEmu on the Mac. The buttons work great. The trackball is connected and controlling the mouse on my computer, but it does not control anything in the game (tried with Centipede and Missile Command). Is there anything I need to do to set up the…

Hi, my wife got me an Ultimate Atari Dual Fight Stick with Trackball for Christmas from Micro Center. I love it, been spending every minute since then configuring it to my preferences. However, I kept noticing when raising the lid that it would continually gradually drop down on its own. Upon further inspection I noticed…
The supplied Raspberry Pi 3B+ with the Arcade Fight Stick is on Raspbian Stretch and RetroPie does not support that OS any longer. How do I get the new version of RetroPie? @NickBiederman
