The Lan Cool 216 offers so many great features for a case that is just over $100. I'm showing off the built in vertical video card mount here, all you need to purchase is the PCI-E riser card. This is a great looking budget build.

I was able to build another H9 Elite system for a customer that asked us to do it. There are 13 fans in this case when you count the 3 behind the radiator in Push/Pull config. 16 if you add the video card fans.
