Overcharged

I bought an Acer Aspire 5, the price I was told is 399.99, but I was charged 499.99. I would like the $100.00 refunded to my credit card. It does not matter which one.

I was able to look up the purchase under your email. Look at the Acer computer on the receipt, the price we have listed is $499.99. Was there a sticker that indicated a different price or something along those lines, or was this just something you'd discussed with your sales associate in-store?
