How do I make a reservation at the Towson Maryland store to make a purchase or by phone

Hello @Linda! Welcome to the Community.
To make a reservation for a product, simply add it to your cart. Once you have the products in your cart, view your cart and make sure your shipping option is set to "in-store pickup" and that you're set to the correct store. If not, switch it over then click "update shipping options." After that click the green "Reserve now" button, and you can check out with your Micro Center account or as a guest.
