Hi,
On Sunday 6/14 I ordered an ipad 7 and surface go 2 and picked them up on monday 6/15 for my company. I started setting them up and was told that they would not work. So, I factory reset them and put them back in the boxes with their packaging. Is it possible to still return these?

Yes, you can return those items. Both those products have a 15-day return period, so just bring them back in during that time period and we'll get it all taken care of.
