    I have been trying to get my apple iphone fixed since Martch.  I was out of town when the virus started and having trouble with my phone.
    I was told by apple support that I had to bring my phone in as soon as I got home but by the time I got home apple stores were all closed.
    I am 81 years old and this is my only phone, I need to bring it in.  When can I get an appointment.

    Greetings. We repair iPhones at the following Micro Center stores: Westmont, IL - Chicago, IL - Columbus, OH.  An appointment is not needed for service, there may be some available online at https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/service.aspx If your local store is not listed, we would have to send the phone directly to Apple for any service.
