I bought my PC as a custom build computer and need to return the CPU and Motherboard as I am going to down grade but the service tech who built my PC did not put my CPU socket Cover in the boxes returned to me is there anything the store can do?

We may have some extra covers at the service desk, but it shouldn't be too much of an issue even if it's missing. As long as you're within the return period it should be fine for the exchange.
