Do I need to change anything?

This is my first ever PC & build. I'm super nervous and I don't want to screw it up. My main concern is if the CPU & GPU are a good pair, but any suggestions will be helpful. Is a 1440p 144hz monitor a good fit for this build? Is it Overkill? Underkill? Any help is greatly appreciated.

So you basically put together the same kind of system I have. Ryzen 7 3700X + 2080 Super, 16GB of RAM and an AIO liquid cooler for my CPU. I have an LG27GL850 which is a 1440p/144Hz monitor and it's been great for me so far. For a build likes this, I'd say 1440p/144Hz is a great fit.
Your framerate is going to vary depending on what kind of games you're playing, but in any of the lighter competitive titles like CSGO, League of Legends, Fortnite etc... you should easily hit 144+ FPS. In more graphically intense titles you won't always be able to get a perfect 144 without lowering some of your graphics settings, but you'll still be able to easily hit 60+ FPS at 1440p in basically any game you play at max or high settings.
I do have one question though: are you only gaming on this system? If so, instead of getting the Ryzen 7 3700X, you could get an Intel i5-10600k instead. The 3700X does have more cores/threads so if you're doing things like video editing/rendering or other multi-core intensive tasks, then the 3700X is a fantastic buy, but the superior single-threaded performance of the 10600k makes it the better gaming choice.
