College Computer recommendations

My daughter is going to college and we need to get a new computer for her. We are looking for a computer that is light and easy to carry, fast to process, extra storage, long battery life. My daughter has dyslexia so she is also looking for some talk to text software and also predictive writing software. What can you recommend?
