Im trying to build the most basic pc for the cheapest price. Im looking for integrated graphics as well so no gpu is needed. What do you recommend?

mATX motherboard and case to save some costs, and a 3400G with integrated graphics and good speed. 16GB of RAM as well and an SSD.
