So let's pretend I'm choosing a motherboard for a pc build, in this case, I have to choose between a
B550 tuf gaming and X570 tuf gaming plus wifi. Both are priced really closely. Which one would be a better buy?
Are there any other B550 and X570 board that I should look at in the $150-$200 price points?

Honestly, this depends on your requirements for the motherboard. What I/O is important to you?
B series features less SATA and USB ports and no SLI. X series feature more SATA and USB ports and SLI is optional. Since SLI is pretty much dead at this point the big difference here is I/O.
