transferring data from a hp spectre x2 hard drive to a new computer

My hp spectre x2 laptop has stop working however the hard drive is good i would like to transfer the data from the hard drive to my new laptop how can i do that unfortunately i didn't back up my data please help

First, we do have a service at Micro Center if you would like to bring in your computers. We can definitely get that data transferred if you like. More information on this can be found here; https://www.microcenter.com/product/241728/micro-center-data-migration
The other option would be putting the Hard Drive into your new computer and using it there or plugging the hard drive into a hard drive enclosure.
