Warranty BYO PC return
I bought a PC 1 year ago, and it's not running well nowadays and I built it under the "Build Your Own PC" bundle which I believe has a 2 yr warranty. Can I get a replacement pre-built PC due to my problems after only a year of use if I bring my PC in, and can I keep my drives?

Hello @Bpaterson If you've purchased a protection plan on your pre-built, I'd recommend bringing it into our service department. Our technicians will be able to diagnose the issues and let you know how to proceed from there.

If you purchased a protection plan on the parts it would cover the parts, should they fail while under that plan. An exchange would only be available within the return period of your original purchase. Hope this info helps!
