Need Help Choosing Parts

I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice. Is there anything you would change based on prices or availability? Budget of around $800. This is for gaming only, no streaming or video editing. Willing to wait for graphics card restock unless there are alternatives in stock right now. Thank you.

Greetings. Everything there looks good, not much I can really suggest differently with the budget, looks solid to me at that price.
