video card for Ryzen 7

I have a Ryzen 7 2700x 3.7 in a ASRock B450M Pro4 AM4 MB. Want to run video at 2560x1440 for a LG Radeon FreeSync 32GK65oF-B monitor. My Geforce GTX 1650 will not run the monitor above 1920x1080, but runs the Dell 44" monitor at 3840x2160. Need a video card w/4GB minimum to run digitizer. Looking for lower cost video card recommendations or what I need to run LG monitor at 2560x1440.
