Processor and motherboard combo $20 discount

Hi folks. I was thinking of picking up the new i5-10600k and one of the mini-ITX motherboards probably one of the h470s but there was no discount in the cart when I went to check out. Both items show they’re eligible for the discount so am I doing something wrong, not reading the promo right, or the site isn’t working. Please advise!
