I have made a TV purchase yesterday and reserved to be pick up from store, when I went there they could not find it on the system!!?

Yes, you can visit a Micro Center store and speak with our Build Your Own PC department, our associates would be able to assist with custom build systems / part recommendations directly in store, no appointment needed.
