How long does it usually take to show up as cancelled?
I am still getting emails saying that it's ready for pick up.

It can take 24 hours and in some cases longer. You should see the $1 hold fall off of your card roughly 6 days after the ordered was placed. As for the emails, you should only receive 1 confirmation email per order.
