I bought a PowerSpec G464 on 11/22/20 as a Christmas present. It keeps shutting down. How can I get help? Is it under the manufacture warranty?

Greetings. PowerSpec PCs would have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, so you can bring that in to a Micro Center store for service, no appointment needed. We can also try to assist you over our community forum here as well.
