Lost receipt

I am looking on how to get another receipt because I lost the original How can I get another one?.

    I purchased a EVGA supernova 750g+ a little less than a year ago. It died and I believe EVGA has a 1 year warranty but I no longer have my receipt.
    I do have the date and time I bought it though if I can get a receipt.
