Ordered part but have not gotten a confirmation email and the order is not showing in my account
Hi, I recently just ordered a motherboard, and the transaction shows on my bank statement, however when I go to my account and try to see my order, it doesn't show up. On top of that I have not gotten a confirmation email about the order, just posting to see if anyone can help clarify anything.
